Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch single crust pastry
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
4 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 c. pecan halves or broken pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in margarine and pecans.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until center of pie is puffed and golden brown. Cool.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
