Chicken-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 qt. milk
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    4 celery stalks
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 cans chunk chicken
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Slice and saute carrots, onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Chop in blender with flour.
    Heat milk and broth while cutting cheese in small chunks; drop into milk mixture.
    Cook until melted.
    Add vegetables and chicken.
    Cook over low heat 1 hour.
