Excellent Pie Crust(Single Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add water.
    When all flour is moist, form into a ball.
    Roll out about 1 1/2 inches larger than pan.
    Put in pan and flute edges.
    Take a fork and punch holes in the bottom and around the sides of the crust (this keeps it flat).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until the crust is as brown as you want it.
