Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. pitted tart red cherries
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place cherries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, tapioca, lemon rind and salt.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Let stand while making pastry.
