Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain; add next 6 ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Mix Ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Cook noodles per package.
    In a dish, layer noodles, cheese mix, sauce and Mozzarella cheese; cook at 375\u00b0 until bubbly.
    You can use low-fat ingredients; still real good.
