Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced summer squash
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. croutons
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in water until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mix together sour cream, soup and grated carrot.
    Mix with squash and onion.
    Melt oleo and add croutons.
    Layer in a 2-quart casserole dish, starting with squash and ending with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
