Borscht - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 bunch parsley
1 small bunch dill leaves
1 c. tomatoes
1 chicken or 1 1/2 lb. beef
4 medium onions
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper
1 carrot
bay leaf
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 potatoes
1/2 c. cream
Preparation
-
Cook chicken or beef until almost done.
Add all the vegetables.
Just before serving, add the cream.
