Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 medium onion
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in pot and barely cover with water. Cook until desired texture is reached. Thicken with cornstarch if needed.
