Cauliflower Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 eggs
2/3 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain. Place in 1-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place eggs, cottage cheese, onion flakes, salt and pepper in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over cauliflower.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes until set and lightly browned.
Makes 2 servings.
