Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and scrub potatoes.
    Cut lengthwise into halves or quarters.
    Combine ingredients; dip each half or quarter into mixture.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Spoon remaining mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with fine bread crumbs.
