Hearty Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef chuck, 2-inch cubes
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 dried bay leaf
    8 large carrots
    8 medium potatoes
    16 small white onions
Preparation
    Put cubes in Dutch oven with cover.
    Pour beef broth over meat.
    Fill can with water and add to pot along with salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Add veggies and cook on stove top until tender.
