Brownie Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a baking pan, 8 x 8-inch. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl.
Blend 1 minute on low speed, then beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until done.
