Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced, ripe bananas
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar.
    Beat well.
    Add oil, vanilla, pineapple and juice; beat again.
    Add dry ingredients a little at a time.
    Fold in diced bananas last.
    If you want to use a 9-inch tube pan or a long cake pan, bake tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or long pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
