Stir-Fried Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. frozen, peeled and deveined raw shrimp, thawed
    3 c. sliced mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
    1 c. scallions (including tops), cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir garlic in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Add shrimp and stir-fry 1 minute longer.
    Stir in mushrooms, scallions and wine.
    Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and vegetables are hot, about 2 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
