Beef Skillet Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can corn
    1 1/4 c. bouillon or 1 cube, dissolved in 1 1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil over high heat, leaving meat in coarse chunks.
    Add onion; reduce heat to medium and cook until onion is tender (not browned).
    Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
    Bring to boil again.
    Stir in green pepper and bring to boil.
    Stir in rice; remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
