Fiesta Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Frito corn chips, crushed
    2 c. cooked shredded chicken
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 c. golden or cream of mushroom soup
    2 medium diced tomatoes
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Spread crushed corn chips in bottom of pan (save 1 cup).
    Add chicken.
    Mix soup, chiles, sour cream and broth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with remaining chips and tomatoes.
