Peacheesy Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
6 to 7 Tbsp. peach juice
1 qt. peaches, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, stirred
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. peach juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients to make one pie crust.
Roll out and line a 9-inch pie plate with it.
