Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, over simmering water, place egg yolks and water; beat until well blended and lemon colored.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Beat in butter, a few pieces at a time.
    Beat until sauce is smooth.
    Stir in salt.
    Serve at once.
