Hamburger Roast(Good, Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. (or less if desired) frozen ground beef
molasses or syrup
pepper and garlic salt
2 strips bacon
potatoes
carrots
onions
V-8 juice
Preparation
-
Rub frozen ground beef with molasses or syrup and place in heavy iron skillet.
Sprinkle well with pepper and garlic salt. Put strips of bacon on top of roast.
Place sliced vegetables around meat.
Cover only the vegetables with V-8 juice.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 or until done.
