Ingredients

1 lb. semi-sweet dipping or coating chocolate
3 to 5 drops peppermint oil
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add peppermint oil to taste.
Dip Ritz crackers in chocolate and lay flat on waxed paper until hard.
Store in cool place in tightly closed container. Makes about 4 dozen.
