Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. oleo or butter
Preparation

Simply wrap pie dough around the pared apple or peach and sprinkle sugar to taste on top, plus cinnamon and nutmeg and several swirls of Karo syrup on top of that.
Bake until the apple is soft and the pie dough is a nice golden brown.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
