Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium jar pimento, sliced into strips
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Reserve broth.
    Cook rice as directed on package, using broth of chicken instead of water.
    Saute onion, pimento and water chestnuts in butter for a few minutes.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes in a large covered casserole.
    Freezes well.
    Serves 12.
