Potato-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peeled, sliced potatoes
    3 large shredded carrots
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In a greased casserole, combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle butter over mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until carrots are tender.
    Serves 6.
