Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter and brown rice until golden brown.
    Add can of tomato sauce, onion, chicken bouillon and 2 cups of water.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer until done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add more water, if needed.
