Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. rice (dry, uncooked)
    2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Cook rice in 2 cups water.
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Combine all ingredients and put in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
