Chicken Smothered In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) fryer
    1/2 lb. Crisco
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 small can mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    water
Preparation
    Flour chicken and fry in iron skillet in about 1-inch of Crisco.
    Drain.
    Place brown pieces in a large casserole, cover with sauce.
