Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
    3/4 c. margarine, melted (or butter)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (14 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Combine
    potatoes,
    1/2
    cup
    butter, soup, onion, sour cream and
    cheese.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Stir remaining butter into cornflakes and sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
