Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    7 c. water
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Add all together except the evaporated milk in large pot and cook until tender.
    Take masher and mash the vegetables.
    (You can also place in blender and puree.) Let the entire mixture cool completely.
    When cold, add the evaporated milk and reheat.
