Pig Picklin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
    1 small can mandarin oranges and juice
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    8 oz. tub Cool Whip
    1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 small (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, mandarin oranges and juice, oil and eggs together about 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Grease and lightly flour 3 (8 1/2 or 9-inch) layer pans.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. When cake is cool, put Cool Whip, crushed pineapple and juice and vanilla instant pudding together and blend well.
    Spread between and on top of layers.
    Refrigerate at least 3 days before cutting. Keep in refrigerator.
    It must \"pickle\" for at least 3 days.
