Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sausage links or crumbled
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 deep dish pie crust
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream or half and half
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium skillet, fry sausage until cooked.
    Remove sausage; drain on paper towel.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
    Saute onion and pepper in reserved fat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Combine cheese and flour.
    Stir in sausage, green pepper and onion.
    Spread in pie crust shell.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour in pie shell.
    Bake on cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and filling is set.
    Cut in wedges like pie.
