Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1 egg
    1 scant c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut squash and onion and cook until tender in a small amount of water. Break up lightly. Add milk, egg, butter, cheese, salt and sugar. Mix. Pour in greased baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until firm.
