Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
Gradually beat in sugar until blended well.
Stir in, not using mixer, the rest of the ingredients.
Fold in well.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and use wax paper on bottom of pan.
Flour sides of pan.
Pour cake into pan, then sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over unbaked cake.
