Pesto Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 English muffins
1 clove garlic, halved lengthwise
1/4 c. prepared pesto
2 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Bake muffin halves in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until crisp and golden brown at eggs.
Rub with cut side of garlic.
Combine pesto and cheese, spread on muffins.
Quarter. Serve as dippers.
