Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 cabbage leaves, parboiled
    1 (28 oz.) can Hunt's Italian tomatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, onion and seasonings.
    Place 1/3 cup meat mixture in each cabbage leaf.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Place cabbage rolls in skillet; pour Hunt's tomatoes over top.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Remove rolls to platter.
    Stir sour cream and flour into liquid in pan.
    Heat through.
    Serve sauce over cabbage rolls.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
