Zucchini Saute Low-Fat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 large green pepper,chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. dried Italian Seasoning
    1 large can whole kernel corn,drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in bouillon dissolved in 1/2 cup of water. Add squash and seasoning; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until squash is tender, about 15 minutes. Add corn and cook another 5 minutes.
