No Bake Lo-Fat Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel cheese, softened*
    4 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1/4 c. lemon juice (optional)
    2 ready to use graham cracker crusts
    topping of your choice
Preparation
    Cream Neufchatel cheese until smooth using a blender or fork. Add instant vanilla pudding mix and milk.
    Blend to a smooth consistency.
    Add flavor and juice (if desired).
    Stir well.
    Pour into crusts and add toppings before serving.
    Cherry pie filling is good topping.
    May chill or serve instantly.
