West Indies Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lemon
    salt and pepper
    oil
    vinegar
Preparation
    Mix crabmeat and onion and squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over it. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix oil and vinegar (5 parts oil to 1 part vinegar) and stir in.
    Refrigerate 12 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
