Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
3 c. chicken broth
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine soup and broth in saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil chicken until tender. Place chicken in casserole dish, then pour broth mixture on top. Combine flour, salt, pepper, margarine and buttermilk; mix until smooth. Spoon batter over chicken and broth. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
