Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bag Reese's miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and salt).
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; blend well.
Make walnut size balls and press down flat in mini muffin pan.
Remove from oven and immediately press 1 peanut butter cup into each hot cookie.
The cookie should come up and surround the peanut butter cup.
Cool slightly in pan before trying to lift them out.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
