Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 to 4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and milk.
Sift half the flour, salt and baking powder; add to milk and egg mixture.
Beat batter smooth, add as much flour as needed.
Batter should be thin enough to run through a funnel.
Pour batter into deep, hot fat 375\u00b0.
Spirals and shapes can be made by criss-crossing and controlling the funnel spout with finger.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
