Frank'S Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. corn oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 bunches scallions, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
    1 small can peas
    1 small can French-cut green beans
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
    Drain canned veggies and combine all veggies with liquid. Place in fridge and serve cold.
