Brown Rice With Meat Loaf(Baked At The Same Time) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans beef bouillon soup
    3 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Prepare meat loaf as you normally would.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Brown rice and onion in margarine for a few minutes. Pour into casserole containing uncooked meat loaf.
    Add soup and salt.
    Stir in almonds.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir 2 or 3 times during baking.
