Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced up
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes.
    Place a layer in buttered or greased baking dish; add some onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Do in alternating layers until glass baking dish is filled.
    Mix flour and milk together.
    Pour over top of potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
    Check with a fork.
