Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. sliced apples
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together until foamy.
    Add flour, cinnamon, salt and sliced apples.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 using (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan or two (8 x 8-inch) pans.
    Remove from pans and cool.
    Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
    Spread on cake and serve.
