Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs
    dash of nutmeg
    3/4 qt. milk
    butter
    vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice until dry.
    Add sugar.
    Mix evaporated milk, cornstarch, eggs and nutmeg.
    Add to rice and sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Slowly add milk.
    Add lump of butter and a little vanilla. Put in casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Chill.
    If you wish to add raisins, cook on stove and drain well.
