German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix eggs, flour, salt and milk.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch pan while oven is preheating.
    Pour mixture in pan.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Don't peek before 12 minutes!
    This will rise like a souffle.
    This is ample for two.
    Serve with syrup.
