Migas Ranchero - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn tortillas (two per person)
    eggs (two per person)
    grated cheese
    purple onions
    bell pepper
    tomato
    cooking oil
    salsa
    jalapeno
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut tortillas in 1-inch cubes and brown in enough oil to coat until tortillas are crispy.
    Add chopped purple onions and bell pepper.
    Brown until onions are clear.
    Add eggs.
    Cook until done. Lower heat and add cheese and jalapeno pepper.
    Remove from heat and serve with salsa.
