Roast Beef In A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 non-frozen roast
    onion powder or 1 pkg. onion soup
    garlic powder
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
    4 to 6 carrots, peeled and cut (however you like)
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put roast in crock-pot.
    Add water. Add potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle on onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper (as much as you like). Turn crock-pot on high for at least 6 hours or until done.
