Doc'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. corn meal
    double amount biscuit flour
    1 tsp. salt (can be less)
    2 cans creamed corn
    almost 1 Tbsp. baking powder
    8 extra large eggs
    1 lb. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the corn meal, biscuit flour, salt, creamed corn, baking powder and eggs.
    Add butter.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Whip gently.
    Pour into buttered pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
