Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Combine melted butter and crushed vanilla wafers to make crust.
    Press into pan.
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, flour and heavy cream.
    Add 4 beaten egg yolks.
    Stiffen egg whites and fold into mixture.
    Pour onto crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until you see a crack in the cheesecake. Top with cherries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
